Electronic voting in Ireland encounters criticism

As a political science degree holder, I oppose all measures that introduce electronic voting. Seriously. Canada's system works nicely: place an X next to your candidate of choice, on a piece of paper, which gets counted by elections officials, supervised by scrutineers (y'know, people) from each party.
